Thats not real.Its just an Illusion created by an artist in such a manner that the onlookers feel that the person is on a escalator.But actually the person is standing on a floor which is painted to look like an escalator

  I’m pretty sure this is supposed to be an ESCALATOR, not an elevator. There’s a difference.
