In this picture,you can see that all the parts of the image are moving but when you try and concentrate on a single portion then it seems to be static.Such kind of Optical Illusions fall under the category of moving illusions and thereby help in achieving higher concentration levels

If you see this illusion carefully you will notice that the carrot is static and only the background changes but a normal view is that carrot is also moving along with it.
