During the late 19th and early 20th centuries, matchbooks frequently featured topsy-turvy optical illusion artword. When viewed one way, the matchbook would feature one image, but when rotated 180 degrees, they would feature an entirely different image. Here is a collection of seven such images. Simply hold your mouse over the image to view what is looks like when rotated.
Is the blue line in the middle a perfect square?
It actually is, it just a spears to be slightly slanted.
It’s a spiral, RIght?
Take a closer look, it could be a grouping of circles.
Do you see a donkey or a seal below?
How many shelves to you see below?
Stare at the fixed white dot and the scintillating will stop.
See these scrap bits they will look as if they are rotating
